Every HEINRICH watch can be revised by our watchmaker

Watch revision and maintenance are important aspects to ensure that your HEINRICH watch remains in perfect condition and functions reliably. All our models can be revised by our watchmaker. We recommend that your watch is revised every 3-5 years, depending on how often you wear it.

During the overhaul, your watch will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected to ensure that all parts are in good condition and functioning properly. If necessary, parts will be repaired or replaced to ensure that it is in perfect condition.

Warranty

When you purchase a HEINRICH watch, you are granted a warranty of 24 months(warranty conditions). In case of an unexpected production defect within this period, you can send your watch to our watchmaker for repair. However, we ask you to contact us in advance.
