HEINRICH WATCHES MANUAL

Helicoprion "Buzzsaw"

Taucher 1.1 / Taucher Forged Carbon

Note on the Forged Carbon version: To charge and test the Lume it is necessary to briefly charge the pigments with a UV flashlight. With an LED light, normal light will not work as Superluminova reacts to UV radiation. The luminosity in the forged carbon dial/insert is significantly weaker than the luminosity on the indexes and hands. Unfortunately, this is due to technical reasons. We use several layers of Superluminova for the indices and hands; the pigments are cast into the forged carbon, but they cannot be used in the same quantity as on the indices/hands. For this reason, the luminosity in the carbon is weaker.

General information on winding the watch, crown positions and watches with date display

4 crown positions

P1 NORMAL POSITION
(SCREWED, NORMAL OPERATION)
Your HEINRICH watch is equipped with a screw-down
crown that makes your watch water-resistant to a depth of 200 meters.
Please ensure that the screw-down crown is screwed down before immersing your watch in water.
Your watch is equipped with an
automatic (self-winding) movement that is wound by the normal movement of your wrist.
Before you wear your Heinrich watch
for the first time (or if you have not worn your watch for a long time), you must wind it manually to set it in motion.

IMPORTANT - NEVER shake your self-winding watch to set it in motion. This may damage the movement.

P2 Winding position
(to wind the watch manually)
To wind the watch manually:
Please unscrew the crown by turning it anticlockwise. It will make a soft "click" when the crown is completely unscrewed.
The crown is now in position 2 (P2).
When the crown is in position 2 (P2), please turn it clockwise 30-50 times. This will wind the movement sufficiently so that it has enough power to wear it.
Now that you have wound the watch manually, your normal wrist and arm movements will continue to generate power reserve in the watch, literally "self-winding" it. When your Heinrich watch is fully wound, it should have an average power reserve of 38 hours.

P3 Date setting position
To set the date:
Gently pull the crown once to position 3 (P3) and turn it clockwise to set the date.
In months with less than 31 days, you must set the date manually at the end of the month.
IMPORTANT - Please do not change the date manually when the hour hand is between 10:00 pm and 2:00 am. The automatic date function of the watch is
active during this four-hour period (the gears are repositioned to perform the automatic date change), and
manually activating the date while the hour hand is in this four-hour period may damage the automatic movement.

P4 TIME SETTING POSITION
TO SET THE TIME:
Carefully pull the crown to the outermost position (P4) and turn it anticlockwise until you have the correct time. Carefully push
the crown towards the case until you feel resistance. Continue to push the crown carefully towards the case and turn it clockwise (do not use excessive force!) until the crown is fully screwed in and is in position 1 (P1).

IMPORTANT:
ALWAYS make sure that the crown is fully screwed in. Your watch is NOT water resistant if the crown is not fully screwed in and in position 1 (P1). Please note that improper use/operation of the crown will invalidate the warranty.
