We guarantee that our watches are made from high-quality materials. Rigorous quality controls ensure that each watch is inspected before shipping. However, material defects cannot always be ruled out. If your new watch is not free of defects, please contactservice@heinrich.watch or
within the warranty period. We offer a 24-month warranty from the date of purchase against all material and manufacturing defects. The warranty covers the functioning of the movement and the flawless workmanship of the watch. The warranty does not cover wear and tear on the case, back, glass, or strap, nor does it cover damage resulting from improper use (e.g., accidents, glass breakage, water damage, water ingress when the crown is not screwed down, exposure of the watch to fluctuating temperatures, a torn-out crown, magnetization), as well as issues that fall within tolerance ranges, rate values, or issues that do not impair the watch’s function. Rate values are regulated and tested under controlled conditions. Deviations caused by individual wearing habits, positioning, temperature, magnetization, or external influences do not constitute a defect. Chronometer measurements are snapshots taken under laboratory conditions and do not, on their own, allow for a definitive conclusion regarding the watch’s performance in everyday use. Defects covered by the warranty will be repaired by us free of charge. If the watch cannot be repaired, it will be replaced with a comparable model. Liability for incidental or consequential damages is excluded. If no warranty claim is found for a watch sent in, we reserve the right to charge a reasonable inspection or service fee. The manufacturer’s warranty applies to watches purchased directly from Heinrich Watches or an authorized dealer.
For pre-owned watches or purchases made through third-party platforms (e.g., Chrono24 or private sales), we cannot guarantee an automatic warranty claim due to the unknown usage history.
In such cases, an inspection, adjustment, or repair may be performed following an individual assessment.
