Every HEINRICH watch can be serviced by our watchmaker.

A mechanical watch is a precision instrument. To ensure that it continues to function reliably and maintains its accuracy, we recommend having it serviced every 3 to 5 years, depending on how often you wear it.

During the service, the movement is completely disassembled, cleaned, and lubricated. All parts are inspected for wear and replaced if necessary. The movement is then re-adjusted, and the watch’s water resistance is tested. You’ll get your watch back in perfect condition.

Warranty

Every HEINRICH watch is covered by a 24-month warranty against manufacturing defects, effective from the date of purchase. You can find the full warranty terms and conditions on our website.
