Warranty

We guarantee that our watches are made from high-quality materials. Extensive quality controls guarantee that the watch has been checked before dispatch. Nevertheless, material defects cannot always be ruled out. If your new watch is not free of defects, please contact service@heinrich.watch

within the warranty period. We grant a 24-month warranty from the date of purchase on all material and manufacturing defects. The warranty covers the function of the movement and the flawless workmanship of the watch. The warranty does not cover wear or signs of wear on the case, back, glass or strap, or damage caused by improper use (e.g. accident, glass breakage, water damage, water ingress if the crown is not screwed in, exposure of the watch to fluctuating temperatures, torn out crown, magnetization) or points that lie within tolerance ranges or rate values or points that do not impair the function of the watch. We will repair defects free of charge within the warranty period. If the watch cannot be repaired, it will be replaced with a comparable model. Liability for incidental and consequential damages is excluded.
