That is why our work does not end with the delivery of a HEINRICH watch. With our own master watchmaker in Pforzheim, we have a dedicated point of contact who knows our watches inside and out and can professionally service and repair them even many years after purchase.
Whether it's an inspection, adjustment, watertightness test, or repair: We can provide professional maintenance for any HEINRICH model.
A mechanical watch is a precision instrument. To ensure that it continues to function reliably and maintains its accuracy, we recommend having it serviced approximately every 3 to 5 years, depending on how often you wear it.
During this process, the movement is completely disassembled, cleaned, and re-oiled. All components are inspected for wear and replaced as needed. The movement is then adjusted, and the watch’s water resistance is tested.
This is how we ensure that your HEINRICH can be relied upon not only today, but for many years to come.
Warranty
Every HEINRICH watch is covered by a 24-month warranty against manufacturing defects, effective from the date of purchase. You can find the full warranty terms and conditions on our website.
