We want you to be completely satisfied with your watch.
If a product does not meet your expectations, you may return or exchange it within fourteen (14) days of receipt.

The following is a requirement for a return:

• The watch is in like-new, unworn condition
• No changes were made (the bracelet was not shortened, and the leather strap was not worn)
• All protective films on the bracelet and clasp, as well as the stickers on the case, are intact

All returns are carefully inspected upon receipt. If the condition of the item does not meet the requirements listed above, we reserve the right to refuse the return and send the item back at the customer’s expense.

For customers within the EU, we provide a prepaid return label.
International returns must be arranged and paid for by the customer.

REFUNDS

Once the return has been successfully processed, the refund will be issued via the original payment method.

The original shipping costs will not be refunded.

Processing usually takes a few business days, but may take up to eight (8) business days, depending on the payment provider.
